Technical?

No, this Carney-created economic recession is real.  It's not "technical" and all of you who voted for this charlatan can clap yourselves on your self-satisfied backs for falling for his con.  We're the only G7 country in a recession and bankruptcies are at an all-time high.   Great job!

B, who has a graduate degree from the London School of Economics via a tough-to-obtain Leverhulme Fellowship, has been saying this for two years, but finally even the Carney-friendly, drooling legacy media has to admit it.  Have a listen to political commentator Georganne Burke, senior VP at Pathway Group, on Marc Patrone's YouTube podcast, during which she called him a pathological liar -- among other damningly-accurate things.  She nailed him.  

Burke outlined the many promises he made during the campaign, left unfulfilled with no intention of carrying them out.  It's a long and depressing list.  Look at Mexico.  Trade negotiations with that country are humming along.  Canada?  Nothing.  I've been posting about this since Jan. 17, 2026, when I blogged "He finally uttered them".  Have a read because I said CUSMA was dead then.  And it clearly is.

Finally, 'The Globe and Mail' is talking about the mess we're in.

It's not a "spectre", it's real.
