Destroying Women’s Rights in the Name of Women’s Rights

Transgender mania ran into a brick wall when voters in blue states defeated attempts to have males compete with females in sports. But the ruling class is still resisting.
Survey data show that the American public overwhelmingly opposes transgendersism (gender identity), or the false claim that the sexes are interchangeable. They also oppose males competing against females in sports, and this includes women respondents. Yet those who run liberal organizations, including women’s groups, are still resisting. They want men to join women’s groups, the effect of which is to neuter their proclaimed mission. In short, they want to destroy women’s rights in the name of women’s rights.

For example, last May, the House voted against legislation that would permit construction of a new American Women’s History Museum. Democrats voted against it because it would not allow men to be included; the bill specifically mentioned that the exhibit was open to “biological women.”
This issue highlights the division between the elites who run liberal organizations and the rank-and-file.
For instance, in 2023, the leadership of the Daughters of the American Revolution changed the organization’s bylaws to allow men to join, leading many women to quit. In 2022, the national leadership of Kappa Kappa Gamma changed its rules allowing men to join the sorority, leading to considerable infighting; it is now before the courts.
Over the last decade, many U.S. sports organizations and governing bodies adopted policies that allowed male athletes to compete in female sports based on their “gender identity.” However, most of them revised their policies in the last year to comply with President Trump’s executive order titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports.”
Additionally, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) announced in June 2025, it too would comply with Trump’s executive order and all sports federations were required to amend their policies to ban men from competing against women.
The following are committed to destroying women’s rights.
National Organization for Women (NOW)
It claims to be “the largest organization of feminist grassroots activists” in the country. However, the organization has long sold women out in favor of transgenderism. NOW officially opposes “legislation that seeks to limit the rights of transgender, nonbinary, and intersex people.” It also favors allowing males to participate in female athletics.
Feminist Majority Foundation
It claims that its mission is to advocate for women’s empowerment and equality, but in reality it advocates for transgenderism at the expenses of actual women. It explicitly supports “achieving equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and gender-nonconforming people.” It even argues that “Gender is not immutable or predefined, and trans women are women.” It falsely claims that sex is non-binary.
It supports “gender-affirming care” (i.e. chemical castration and genital mutilation) and promotes the lie that “it is medically necessary and lifesaving” for minors to undergo these barbaric procedures.
It also champions allowing males to compete in female sports.
Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA)
It maintains that “only women are eligible to play in the WNBA,” but it still refuses to define what a woman is, leaving it up to interpretation.
EMILYs List
It claims to defend women’s rights, yet it has donated to Rep. Sarah McBride (DE-D) and Delegate Danica Roem (VA-D). Both are men who falsely claim to be women.
National Partnership for Women & Families
Founded in 1971 as the Women’s Legal Defense Fund, this organization focuses on “the lived experience of women and families, particularly those who face the greatest barriers to equity and opportunity,” but it also runs several initiatives for men who falsely claim to be women and other LGBT related programs.
American Association of University Women (AAUW)
It supports “laws and policies that protect transgender people from discrimination, including in participation in sports, and reject[s] the suggestion that cisgender women and girls benefit from the exclusion of women and girls who happen to be transgender.”
National Education Association (NEA)
In 2018, it issued a report offering legal advice to teachers on how to advance transgender rights. It falsely claims that “Not having their gender identity respected and affirmed in their daily lives will cause [trans-identified students] significant psychological distress.” It also supports letting males compete against females in sports.
United Federation of Teachers (UFT)
It supports transgenderism over the rights of women. The union argues that supporting transgender students and staff is a critical part of an educator’s duty to create a safe and welcoming environment. It cites the Trevor Project, a radical activist organization that promotes the discredited idea that children are more likely to commit suicide if their “gender identities” are not affirmed.
UFT supports putting sexually explicit material in classrooms to introduce children to transgenderism. It argues that males should be allowed to compete against females in sports.
American Federation of Teachers (AFT)
It also supports transgenderism. It opposes laws aimed at protecting children from this dangerous ideology. The union has even advocated for “gender affirming care.” It also supports men crashing women sports.
These are the new misogynists. They are actually worse than the misogynists of old because today’s variant claims to be on the side of women. They manifestly are not.
