This is how you get ripped off

 Our Enmax bill arrived yesterday for $216.05 to cover energy and utilities.  For those two items, the bill was $122.09.  So what was the rest for?

• Delivery system charge
• Transmission charge
• Electricity distribution
• Balancing pool allocation -- whatever that is?
• Rate riders -- huh?
• Local access
• Water charges
• Wastewater charges
• Stormwater charges
• Waste charges
• Recycling charges, and
• Administration charges

Have you ever seen anything more ludicrous?!  That was one of my rhetorical questions.
