Had the grands over yesterday and we took turns hosing each other off in an effort to beat this heat. However, I have to say, having come from a part of Canada that swelters in hideous humidity, I don't mind it a bit. Calgary is practically a desert climate, so humidity doesn't really exist.
Had to laugh yesterday when some guy on the radio said the humidity was very high! Hey buddy, take a trip to Ottawa or Toronto if you want to know what humidity feels like! There's not even a heat and humidity index out here.
Anyway, the kids were in fine, if whacko, fettle....
