Mauled by a litter of kittens

That's what it amounted to.  This week's Liberal caucus was supposed to confront Trudeau and demand he resign.  But instead of a serious mauling, he was meekly read an unsigned letter by about two dozen unknown MPs.  His reaction was basically a typical "Eff you," as he immediately declared he would be leading the Liberals into the next election.

Leading them into oblivion.  In a nutshell, the dissenters said, "Please go away" and he said "No", as he smiled his Cheshire Cat smile.*  The reason for the fear of putting their names to the letter is that guess who has to sign their nomination papers?  Exactly.  That's the existential dilemma right there.

But Trudeau doesn't care because he's a multi-millionaire.  He doesn't need a job and he's a narcissistic contrarian to his core.  He also doesn't care about the Canadians he has successfully hobbled for generations.  But, as I said, he's a multi-millionaire.  "Let them eat cake" his motto and talisman.

Our Marie Antionette PM.
