Carney accused the U.S. of "Throwing shade". Last time I heard that was on 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' when the girls were drunk and slamming each other over wine. That's a very Southern Black expression; it's not foreign policy diplomacy speak. Why would he use that phrase? Why is he channeling these women? Usually I get this stuff, but this one has me stumped?
