Iraqis pushing this legislation claim the age of puberty is nine, so that's the age you can start having sex with children. That's what the hijab and the burka are all about. Sex. Apparently, if a man sees any part of the female body he has to have sex with it. Head to toe, doesn't matter which body part, all have to be covered or some male will be aroused.
This new law also prohibits women from leaving the house without their husband's permission and restricts mothers from custody in cases of divorce. It also makes it easier for men to take multiple wives. I guess men don't want their wives to leave the house because someone might rape them. Makes sense in that sick world.
